New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye opened up about his wife Ann Michael’s cooking ahead of the Super Bowl championship. The Patriots are gearing up to play against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, and ahead of that, on Monday, the players attended a press conference.

A reporter asked Maye about the dish he doesn’t like from his wife’s cooking.

“You’re gonna get me in trouble,” he said.

Drake Maye also ranked the dishes made by his wife. He picked cinnamon roll snickerdoodle as his favorite, while he said he doesn’t like pistachio bread.

“Cinnamon roll snickerdoodle, she just made those for the O-line this week,” Maye said. “…..Puppy chow, I’ll put puppy chow No. 3. Pistachio bread, I think it’s good. I’m not a fan, [so] I’ll put that at four. The crumble copycat sugar cookie? Yeah, put that at No. 2.”

Ann Michael gained attention with her cooking series “Bakemas” last month, around the time of Christmas. She shared her recipes on her TikTok handle.

Drake Maye shared a sweet message for his wife, Ann Michael, ahead of the Super Bowl championship. In the press conference on Monday, he talked about his wife.

“Keep being you,” Drake said. “You’re the better half of me. I love you and keep being you. It’s such a special moment for me to be able to follow your journey. Just keep going and I know that you do it for something bigger than yourself and that’s what makes you special.”

Ann Michael has been an avid supporter of the NFL star, and she caught people’s attention for her game-day outings. Last month, she attended the Patriots’ AFC championship game against the Denver Broncos and celebrated the team’s win. She later shared an emotional message for her husband on her Instagram account.

“WE ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!❤️💙❤️💙 Words can’t even begin to describe how proud I am of you, #10!!!! Watching your dreams come true is the biggest blessing and I love you!!!!!,” she wrote.

Ann Michael and Drake Maye have been together since their middle school days. They started dating back in 2015 and got married in June 2025.
